2. yes, aloha_girl is right, you should go on craigslist, everyone from hawaii knows what craigslist is. lol. but actually their are cheap hotels to rent at on kauai, its so cheap that they dont list them on those trip advisor sites, some rooms are only like $85 a night. like kauai kailani, mokihana of kauai. heres a link : http://www.hawaii-kailani.com/kk1.html
